50 cent claims Diddy sent him bizarre gift after release of explosive Netflix documentary

50 Cent has claimed Diddy sent him a weird gift in the wake of the release of his bombshell new Netflix documentary.

The Get Rich or Die Tryin’ star’s new docuseries, Sean Combs: The Reckoning, landed on Netflix on December 2, and has sent shockwaves across the world.

The explosive show is said to reveal some shocking insight into the recently disgraced rapper, who is currently locked up in prison for a four-year sentence after being found guilty on charges of transportation to engage in prostitution.

Diddy was, however, found not guilty of two counts of sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion, and one count of racketeering conspiracy.

Now, 50 Cent has claimed Diddy, who hasn’t exactly been the best of his friends over the years, sent him a large bouquet of flowers in the wake of the release.

Taking to Instagram, the ‘In Da Club’ hitmaker shared an image of sunflowers amongst a bright assortment or flowers with a personalised card attached.

“What kinda gay s*** is this?,” he penned in the caption. “Diddy send me flowers at club 11 LOL why all the four play get busy, you know I’m stupid.”

In a separate comment, the 50-year-old added: “A warning, I’m 90’s grimy. you don’t warn me. LOL.”

The apparent ‘warning’ comes as the Diddy doc has already caused a stir amongst viewers, which features four 60-minute episodes as well as shocking interviews with the Bad Boy Records boss.

It also teases some pretty damning unseen footage of the music mogul, which Diddy’s team have indicated are far from pleased with it.

“Netflix’s so-called ‘documentary’ is a shameful hit piece. Today’s GMA teaser confirms that Netflix relied on stolen footage that was never authorized for release,” they said in a statement, as per The Hollywood Reporter.

“As Netflix and CEO Ted Sarandos know, Mr. Combs has been amassing footage since he was 19 to tell his own story, in his own way.

“It is fundamentally unfair, and illegal, for Netflix to misappropriate that work.

“It is equally staggering that Netflix handed creative control to Curtis ‘50 Cent’ Jackson — a longtime adversary with a personal vendetta who has spent too much time slandering Mr. Combs,” they added.

“Beyond the legal issues, this is a personal breach of trust. Mr. Combs has long respected Ted Sarandos and admired the legacy of [Sarandos’ late father-in-law] Clarence Avant.”

Diddy reportedly isn’t happy about the show

Meanwhile, Fifty said in a statement: “I’ve been committed to real storytelling for years through G-Unit Film & Television.

“I’m grateful to everyone who came forward and trusted us with their stories, and proud to have Alexandria Stapleton as the director on the project to bring this important story to the screen.”

The show comes as Diddy’s charges relating to racketeering and sex trafficking were dropped in his high-profile trial over the summer.

The docuseries reportedly appears to show the father-of-seven seeming to plot a way to manipulate the public after his arrest in September 2024.

CNN reported Diddy’s attorneys issued a cease-and-desist letter to Netflix over the show. Meanwhile, he successfully filed a $100 million defamation suit against NBCUniversal for its Diddy: The Making of a Bad Boy.
