A Spider Man-loving little boy was killed and stuffed in a cooler filled with ice by his parents and grandmother, police allege.

Horrific details have emerged about the death of eight-year-old Isaiah H, after his body was found inside a California apartment last Tuesday.

An unidentified resident in the Lynwood complex called police asking them to perform a welfare check on the occupants of the home.

Little Isaiah’s mother and father, 25-year-old Destiny Harrison and Daniel Monzon, along with his paternal grandmother Ana Carcamo Zarceno, 45, have been charged with murder, torture and abuse of a child resulting in death.

Zarceno and Monzon also face charges of being an accessory after the fact.

The trio are accused of causing willful harm to the little boy which resulted in his death.

Adorable pictures have since emerged of Isaiah, including one of him wearing a Spider Man suit.

Los Angeles County District Attorney Nathan J. Hochman said: ‘The horrific abuse that Isaiah endured is made even worse by the fact that, as alleged, it was at the hands of the people who were meant to love and protect him.’

Police allege Isaiah faced sustained abuse ‘over a long period of time.’

He allegedly ‘succumbed to his injuries’ on October 24.

‘His body was found days later in a cooler filled with ice,’ the DA’s office said in a press release.

His official cause of death has not yet been released to the public.

Three other children aged 16, 13 and nine months old were found at the apartment in Lynwood where Isaiah’s body was discovered.

They were removed from the home and taken into protective custody by the LA County Department of Children and Family Services.

‘This is an unimaginable and horrific tragedy,’ Los Angeles County Supervisor Janice Hahn said.

‘My heart breaks for what the other children in this home must have experienced, and it’s critical that our Department of Children and Family Services do everything possible to support them and keep them safe in protective custody.’

Mourners paid tribute to the beloved little boy after his remains were discovered

Neighbors had told local news outlets that nothing appeared out of the ordinary with the family.

They would occasionally ‘come outside and play’ while the mother would supervise.

‘She would always be out here with her dog,’ one neighbor said. ‘She would smile, would say ‘hi.’ Nothing out of the ordinary.’

Bail for the trio has been set at $2million each.

If convicted, they each face 32 years to life in prison.
